Misaligned Teeth – Tory
Tory wasn’t happy with her crowded arches, misaligned teeth, and a blocked out right incisor.
Dr. Krebs helped create her beautiful smile using traditional braces followed by cosmetic bleaching.
Treatment took about 18 months.
Teeth Splotches – Rick
Rick was unhappy with the look of his smile. Some of his teeth showed white and yellow “splotches”. His previous history of fillings made his teeth look “old and tired”. The heights of his teeth were also irregular, and detracted from his overall smile.
Dr. Krebs achieved this excellent result with a combination of cosmetic bleaching, bonded Porcelain veneers, and bonded Porcelain crowns.
Rick is very happy with the ensuing result.
Teeth Discoloration – Quoc
Quoc suffers from heavy, dark discolouration from the antibiotic Tetracycline, taken as a young child. He also had an end-to-end bite which brings about an accelerated wear of his front teeth. He also had some “dishing out” of the enamel on his teeth.
Dr. Huynh achieved this wonderful smile with a combination of cosmetic bleaching, and bonded Porcelain Veneers.
Total treatment time was about 1 to 2 weeks.
Teeth Color – Millie
Millie was unhappy with the colour of her teeth. Also, the recession and “notches” in her roots detracted from her smile. Dr. Krebs started by a simple routine of “at home” bleaching. This resulted in a general lightening of the body of her teeth. Then, direct composite bonding completed her smile. Much of this work can be accomplished without freezing.
Misaligned Teeth – Mike
Mike had only slightly misaligned teeth, with some rotations and crowding.
He had small upper lateral incisors which resulted in gaps of the upper front teeth.
Dr. Krebs achieved this smile using a combination of traditional braces and cosmetic bonding of the upper incisors, once the orthodontic treatment was complete.
Treatment took about 18 months.
Misaligned Teeth – Katelyn
Katelyn was unhappy with her crowded arches, misaligned teeth, her anterior open bite and a blocked out left incisor.
Dr. Krebs used a functional appliance with traditional braces, followed by cosmetic bleaching, to create Katelyn’s beautiful smile.
Treatment took about 18 months.
Open Bite – Jill
Jill has always had beautiful looking teeth. However, due to a retained tongue thrust, she has always had an anterior open bite, preventing her upper and lower anterior teeth from contacting.
Dr Huynh achieved this beautiful result using traditional braces and cosmetic bleaching.
Treatment was completed in about 14 months. Jill is thrilled with the look of her smile.
Ground Teeth – Jennifer M.
Jennifer always had very nice looking teeth. She had braces when she was younger and her orthodontist ground the ends of her front teeth. This flattening left her with a more “masculine” look than what her smile deserved.
Dr Krebs achieved this excellent result by Porcelain Veneer bonding. This made her front teeth slightly longer, with rounder corners, resulting in a beautiful, more “feminine” smile.
Treatment time took about 2 weeks.
Teeth Alignment – Chris
- Chris was unhappy with the spacing between his upper teeth, as well as the uneven appearance caused by some slight misalignments.
- Dr. Huynh achieved an excellent result through the combination of cosmetic bleaching and bonded Porcelain veneers.
- Chris is very pleased with his smile which took about 2 weeks to complete, without freezing and temporary teeth.
Teeth Gaps – Jennifer
Jennifer disliked two aspects of her smile:
- Her upper front teeth were very rectangular and long. They did not have the rounded contours that we would have liked.
- Her upper front teeth were also quite narrow, producing gaps in her smile.
Dr. Huynh achieved this beautiful result using bonded Porcelain veneers.
Treatment didn’t require freezing or temporary crowns and took between 1 and 2 weeks.

Hello, I’m Dr. Ralph Krebs. I’ve been practicing Dentistry in North Waterloo since 1986, first at 209 Lexington Rd., and now at our new facilities at Eastbridge Dental Care.
I attended McMaster University where I received my B.Sc. I received my DDS degree from the University of Toronto. I am a member of the Canadian Dental Association, the Ontario Dental Association, the International Orthodontic Association, and the Waterloo-Wellington Dental Society. We have tried with Eastbridge Dental Care to foster a caring and relaxed atmosphere, and for that I must thank my Associates, Trang and Dave and our excellent staff. Each and everyone work hard to provide you with the best experience possible. Drop by and say “Hello”, and I think you will agree.
I am married to another dentist (Dr. Christina Heidinger) and have two fine sons. (While not youngsters, they still keep me busy!) My interests include reading, history, tennis, snowboarding, music/recording, movies and miniature war gaming. Oh, and like Dr. Huynh, I also like food (maybe more than she does).
Hi I’m Janet, or more commonly Jan.
Eastbridge Dental Care has been an awesome place to work, ever since starting with Dr Krebs in May of 1989, as one of his first dental hygienists. It has been great watching the families, staff and practice grow!
As a dental hygienist, I clean teeth, take xrays and teach proper dental care. I continually take expanded education courses like orthdontics, visalign, vizalite (an oral cancer screening procedure) and periowave, all of which we have implemented into our practice.
I graduated from the University of Toronto in 1976 from the dental hygiene program. I am an active member of the ODHA, and CDHA.
In 2002 I opened a store in St. Jacobs, called Turtle Dove Native Gifts. I sell Canadian Native made products including; soapstone’s, prints, original paintings, jewellery and more. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
Hi I’m Jennifer. I have been with Dr. Krebs, now Eastbridge Dental Care, since 1994. I am a registered dental hygienist and I provide care such as regular maintenance cleanings, periodontal assessments and therapy, patient education as well as orthodontic bonding and adjustments.
In 1994 I graduated from Fanshawe College with my dental hygiene certificate. In 2001 I earned my International Association for Orthodontics certificate. I really enjoy providing the orthodontic treatments in our office under the direction of Dr. Krebs and Dr. Huynh. Wanda (my amazing ortho assistant) and I have a lot of fun getting to know all our ortho patients.
I am actively involved with the CDHC, CDHA and ODHA and continue to update my skills and knowledge through various continuing education courses.
I live in the Eastbridge community with my husband Dave and great kids Brianna, Meghan and Jack. When I get the chance, I like to go to the local gym, snowboard with family and friends and of course – I love to shop!
In 2003, I completed my International Association for Orthodontics Certificate. 2000 – 2001 I attended Fanshawe College and earned my Dental hygiene Diploma, R.D.H.. 1997 – 1998 I attended Southwestern Medix School to earn my Dental Assisting Diploma Level II – H.A.R.P. certified, and in 1996-1997 I attended Fanshawe College for Pre-Health Science.
Eastbridge Dental Care’s friendly atmosphere is the most enjoyable thing about my job. We are like a family and work as a team.
In my spare time I enjoy; tennis, baseball, reading, camping, going to the beach, walking and shopping.
Hi I’m Krista the Head Assistant at Eastbridge Dental Care. My career started in May 1994 with Eastbridge, and I assist Dr. Krebs on a day to day basis.
In 1994 I attended Career Canada College – and obtained my CDA Level 1, and in 2002 I obtained my CDA Level II certification.
Eastbridge Dental is almost my home away from home, I love it here! The casual, fun atmosphere, and the other staff members, makes for an excellent work environment. And our patients are incredible, many of which I consider friends.
With three young children, I don’t always have a lot of spare time but I do enjoy jogging outdoors when the weather is nice. Shopping is always a great way to spend some extra time…and I am a reluctant skier and snowboarder. However, my après-skiing is excellent!
I hope that I can make your visit to Eastbridge Dental Care as comfortable as possible. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask me.
